What is Baladi?
Baladi is a captivating and evocative style of belly dance deeply rooted in Egyptian culture. It's characterized by its earthy and soulful movements, reflecting the daily lives and emotions of the Egyptian people. Baladi means "my country" or "my homeland," and through dance, it tells stories of love, joy, and the essence of everyday life in Egypt.
Dress Code: Comfortable dance/workout attire with hip scarf or coin belt.

This enchanting event also showcases the incredible talents of our Fusion Gitana students and dancers from all over Florida. It's all brought to you by the visionary producer Zizi Zabaneh.

Event Details:
Are you ready to dance your way into Epcot? Join Zizi and Fusion Gitana for a fun-filled day at the most magical place on earth as part of the Orlando Raqs Dance Event!
​
Schedule:
8:30 AM: Meeting at the Dance Studio (for those who want to carpool). Those who prefer to travel together, we'll meet up at the dance studio at
8:30 AM. We encourage carpooling to make this experience even more enjoyable.
9:30 AM: Meeting at Epcot. As soon as you enter the park we will be there (see photo below). Wear a coin belt so we can identify you at the park and you can join our joyful group.

Ticket Information:
Please note that attendees are responsible for purchasing their own Epcot tickets. You can buy your tickets in advance to ensure a smooth entry into the park. Tickets are on Disney's website: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com.

What to Expect:
Dance and Fun: Get ready to shimmy and have a blast with fellow belly dancers. Explore the enchanting world of Disney, enjoy thrilling rides, meet Disney characters, and create magical memories together.

If you register for both of the Orlando Raqs workshops you will receive a free Belly Dancer T-shirt. Just send us a message (info@FusionGitana) once you register and let us know your T-shirt size. You will receive it at the dance studio the day of the workshops (11/11). All of us with the same Belly Dance T-shirt and coin belts will add an extra touch of magic to the day!

Important Notes:
1- Make sure to bring comfortable clothing and shoes for a day of adventure.
2- Stay hydrated and be prepared for the Florida weather.
